What is known is only this:
Noema means the thought, the meaning, the inner intelligence.
Arkanis means the hidden, the arcane, the unseen hand.
Together, the name is a cipher: "the hidden intelligence that guides itself."
Like Satoshi before Bitcoin, Noema Arkanis did not ask for followers.
